Stewart Parker was born in Falkirk and studied at Glasgow University. Now living and working in New York, the artist returns to the town of his birth with an exhibition including works on paper and projected time-lapse animation/digital video fusing ancient and new media and exploring the relationships between time, memory and identity.
Ice-cream making in the Georgian kitchen

Try your hand at making ice-cream, the old-fashioned way in the Georgian kitchen. Places limited to 25 per session. Children under 14yrs must be accompanied by an adult. Sessions last 30 minutes.
